A dry riser system is a vertically installed, non-pressurized piping network used in buildings typically ranging from 18 to 50 meters in height, enabling rapid firefighting access to upper floors.
Project Area: London | Project Category: Office/Commercial
Project Highlights:
A comprehensive Fire Pump Room final layout was developed in Autodesk Revit, delivering a fully coordinated design for the firefighting system. The layout includes fire water storage tanks, suction headers, and the configuration of jockey, main, and standby pumps, along with a detailed firefighting pipeline network comprising valves, headers, and connections. Coordination with other building services was ensured through Combined Services Drawings (CSD), eliminating clashes. This integrated design enables seamless installation, efficient commissioning, and reliable long-term maintenance.
